In this video you will see the insane abs workout done by Fakir Ab, the Fakir with abs of steel, to condition his body for hard trampling and punching performances. First Exercise: Fakir Ab lies down on the bench and does a series of ten sit ups... each time, his assistant Trashy, tiny girl with formidable biceps - she practices weightlifting since she was very young - punches his stomach. At the end of the first series, Trashy massages Fakir's belly with her bare knuckles, sinking deeply in his sore flesh. Second Exercise: in the second series of sit ups (ten again) Fakir Ab is hit by a double punch (as you can appreciate in the picture preview). After this series, Trashy massages his belly, pressing deeply either her hands. Third Exercise: for the third series of sit ups (ten as usual) Trashy uses her elbows - full power - to work on his belly. What a painful punishment! Ten terrific blows to the midsection. The last massage is performed exactly with elbows. Fourth Exercise: the session ends with an odd abs training based on weights. Trashy mounds a pile of weights in perfect balance on fakir's belly, trampling it underfoot for a good measure and additional pressure. Insane and extreme abs workout indeed!
