Sarah is wearing high heel shoes that just slip on they have no backs he sticks his tongue on the back of her shoe & she repeatedly steps down on it hurting & crushing his tongue under the bottom of the heel of her foot & inside her shoe, she then steps on it with her shoe crushing it under the sole of her shoe, he is basically licking her feet & soles of her shoes whilst his tongue is being stepped on.
