Sarah sits on Mark's head on the dining chair whilst speaking to a friend on the phone, the other person on the other end of the phone has no idea the girl they are speaking to is using a human head as a cushion, Mark is in pain down there she grinds her butt on his head with her legs crossed she has all of her weight on his head & totally ignores his pain & suffering whilst she talks on the phone.
