Saki has been suffering from lack of fiber diet so she has been constipated for a number of days now. Not knowing what to do at this point, she decided to just wait it out and see what happens. After coming back from work, her stomach was grumbling and she was starving, she decided to make herself a fried egg sandwich. However, after she ate the sandwich her stomach was protesting tremendously. She tried her luck to poop it out, after much struggle she finally pushed out a dry and BIG pebbles of poop! Finally has been relieved and you get to watch it!
