This week I have scheduled job interviews every day, I am looking for a bodyguard who can have my back when I work outside. Today's candidate looks promising and has a good resume but I want to physically test him. Letâs start with some exercises starting from the plank, he seems to get away with it and then I decide to increase the difficulty, I take off my shoes and I sit on his back: after a few seconds he collapses to the ground. A little disappointing but I decide to give him another chance with abs, he turns around and starts with his legs up and down. I climb onto his abdomen while he continues the exercise and I must say that this time he resists better. Let's move on to push-ups, obviously with me on my back and finally I make him do some exercises by himself while I hit him with a riding crop. For the last series of planks I allow him to kiss my feet as long as he will resist, definitely a great incentive and in fact he holds the position until exhaustion. The interview is over but my verdict will only come later with a letter at home.SEI TU LA MIA GUARDIA DEL CORPO?Questa settimana ho fissato colloqui di lavoro tutti i giorni, sto cercando una guardia del corpo che mi possa scortare quando lavoro fuori casa. Il candidato di oggi sembra preparato e ha un buon curriculum ma voglio testarlo fisicamente. Inizio a fargli fare degli esercizi partendo dal plank, sembra cavarsela e allora decido di aumentare la difficoltà, tolgo le scarpe e mi siedo sulla sua schiena: dopo pochi secondi crolla al suolo. Un poâ deludente ma decido di dargli una possibilità con gli addominali, si gira e inizia a portare su e giù le gambe unite. Salgo sul suo addome mentre continua lâesercizio e devo dire che stavolta resiste meglio. Passiamo alle flessioni, ovviamente con me sulla schiena e per concludere gli faccio fare qualche esercizio da solo mentre lo colpisco col frustino da equitazione. Per lâultima serie di plank gli concedo di baciare i miei piedi fino a quando re******à, decisamente un ottimo incentivo e infatti mantiene la posizione fino allo sfinimento. Il colloquio è finito ma il mio verdetto arriverà solo più avanti con una lettera a casa.
