Fakirs love hard workouts and are happy only when their skills have been put to a hard test. Obviously our Fakir, the hero of the Stomach Demolition store, isn't an exception to these laws. In this video Giadina (a very strong fighter, black belt in taekwondo, tall and heavy, 144 lb, 7,5 shoe size) uses some Muay Thai exercises against Fakir's body. In fact, to be a great fakir, you need to add sports conditioning workouts to the common abs routine in order to build your overall endurance and stamina. Easy said, easy done: first of all Giadina and Fakir watch a video on the web where Muay Thai athletes are literally trampled and jumped on by a cruel instructor, then try to repeat the same exercises. Giadina leverages her muscle power and weight in three different ways: by hopping on one foot, by jumping with both feet and by standing on Fakir abs on one foot to concentrate her weight in the smallest area. The harsh treatment is applied on the three main areas of the abdomen: belly, stomach and solar plexus (i.e. the pit of the stomach: the area just below the ribs, one of the most vulnerable parts of the body). Poor fakir, will he be able to endure this never ending abs torture?
