I'll do some exercises where I don't stand, jump and stomp on you - like the plank ... where you'll still be under my foot sole, but you won't have to carry the weight of my body. But it's not going to be for long ... for the next exercise, I'll need you under my foot sole completely to stop me from slipping! After my workout I could really need a little snack ... maybe I should just eat you? No, you're too sweaty and salty now ... I'll keep you as my little workout buddy ...
